The project site is located at Hosur in the state of Tamilnadu in Southern India. Hosur is about 40 kms from Bangalore city and is fast developing as a warehousing hub, primarily owing to Granite manufacturing firms.
Sizeable demand exists for warehousing in Chennai & Bangalore from Export / Import Cargo, Retail Goods, Automotive, Textiles and IT & Telecom sectors .
The project envisages warehouse development on 87 acres of land. Presently, the planning for the first phase of development is underway.
The Fund invested in 2008 to support development of the warehousing project.
