Pride Hotels Limited (“Pride” or “Company”) owns and/or operates a chain of full service, business and leisure hotels in five-star and mid segment across India.

Pride follows a two pronged strategy, viz. developing and operating its own hotels as well as operating hotels under management contracts. Currently, the Company operates and owns or has long term leases for five hotels in Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Chennai and Bangalore with a total room inventory of 584 rooms. It also manages hotels with a total of 250 rooms under management contracts in Salem, Gurgaon, Ranipet and Jaipur. Most of the existing hotels cater to the business class travellers while some of the hotels under management also cater to leisure travellers.

Further, Pride plans to expand and is in the process of setting up a hotel in New Delhi comprising 386 rooms.

The Company has three distinct brand identities - Pride Hotels (4 to 5 star business hotel), Pride Biznotel (mid segment business hotel) and Pride Resort (Leisure).
