Green Boulevard is located in NOIDA which is emerging as a commercial hub, especially for the IT/ITES sector due to the potential for development of new Grade-A space with larger floor plates and relatively lower rents compared to Delhi/Gurgaon.

Green Boulevard comprises ~ 700,000 sq. feet of operation / leasable IT/ITES space built on a warm shell basis and has been awarded LEED Platinum rating in Core and Shell category by US Green Building Council (USGBC), making it one of the few prestigious campuses to hold such recognition.

Other prominent projects in the close vicinity include LogixCyber Park and the CSC campus.

The Fund invested in the Green Boulevard in 2007 at the land allotment stage and stayed invested throughout the full development life cycle. The Fund has exited this investment.

3C Group is a reputed developer in NCR region and is one of the prominent names in the Noida and Greater Noida region. 3C Group is a pioneer in conceiving and executing Green Developments in Delhi/NCR.
