The project is spread over 32-acre land parcel. Phase I of the project, comprising 1,871 apartments across 10 towers and spread over 12.3 acres, was launched as “Janapriya Lakefront” in November 2009. The size of the apartments is less than 1,200 square feet, making the ticket size smaller and the apartments more affordable for potential buyers. Phase II of the project is being launched as “Janapriya Silvercrest”, comprising of 214 villas spread over 12.7 acres.
