Funds managed by the KRF Team

Kotak Realty Fund (KRF) functions as a division of Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd (KIAL). KIAL is a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, and is focused on providing investment management and advisory services relating to Alternate Assets. KRF currently renders investment management services to two funds that are domiciled in India and provide investment advisory services in relation to one Offshore Fund.

Domestic Funds

Kotak India Real Estate Fund-I

This is one of the first real estate funds raised in India. This close-ended fund focuses on investing in the Indian real estate and allied sectors.

Kotak Alternate Opportunities India Fund

The second close-ended realty fund is also focused on investing in the Indian real estate and allied sectors

Offshore Fund

The offshore fund, Kotak India Realty Fund is managed by Kotak Mahindra (International) Ltd. KIAL acts as an investment advisor to Kotak Mahindra (International) Ltd. This fund has been raised from International LPs comprising, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies and Family offices from across the globe.

Kotak India Realty Fund

This offshore fund focuses on investing in the equity, equity-related and/or debt securities in real estate and real estate-related projects and companies across India. The fund currently invests in projects and companies across all asset classes in real estate in accordance with Indian exchange control regulations.

Committed AUM of USD 268.13 million.
