The Fund’s investment includes two residential projects of Emaar MGF on the extended Golf Course Road, an established corridor of Gurgaon, NCR
- Emerald Estate: 25.5 acres group-housing project in Sector 65, Gurgaon and has following components Emerald Estate Apartments, Emerald Floors Premier I, II & III
- Palm Terraces Select: residential project spread over 7.7 acres at Sector 66, Gurgaon
The projects have received necessary licenses and construction of both the projects has started. Majority of the units are pre-sold.
