The Project comprises a residential township spread over ~137 acre land parcel along the Old Mahabalipuram Road (“OMR”) in Chennai.
The project holds development potential of ~6 mn sq. ft. of residential space and shall offer varied residential products targeting demand at various price points. The project is planned to have residential space comprising primarily of independent single family homes, semi-detached row houses and apartments.
The project configuration shall also include necessary social infrastructure components such as community shopping, educational and healthcare areas.
The Fund invested in the project in 2007 to support development of residential township.
