Established in May 2005, Kotak Realty Fund (KRF) is one of India's first private equity funds with a focus on investments in real estate and real estate intensive businesses. The Realty Funds actively consider investment opportunities with the local developers and projects in residential, commercial and other real estate sectors.

Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd (KIAL)

A subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank, KIAL was set up to focus on Alternate Assets investment advisory business of the Kotak Group. As part of KIAL, KRF currently provides investment management services to 2 funds that are domiciled in India and provides investment advisory services in relation to one Offshore Fund.
